Patti created pro bono community Reiki Circles from the moment she stepped of the plane in 2005 in Los Angeles. She wanted to give people the opportunity to experience the power of Reiki in a group setting and give exposure to Reiki that was so badly needed. Although Los Angelenos are well versed on working on themselves with energy and understand how to read energy as they are no ones fool, very few had heard of Reiki or experienced it. Patti took her Reiki Circle's on tour, the warmer months the groups gathered in very public places, such as Santa Monica beach, The Griffith Observatory's front lawn, Coldwater Park, Runyon Canyon and Hancock Park. Any cold months the circle would be held in the homes of those wishing the Reiki energy to bless their sanctuary.

The Reiki Circle is in two parts. The first half you are anchor in the presence of the now with a guided meditation beautifully facilitated by one of the school's Reiki Master. This meditation is to support peace and calmness in your breath which in tour promotes this state in your body and thus in the collective consciousness of the heart of the circle. Each individual receives a healing attunement of Reiki which is said to boost clarity, increases vitality, clear blockages, increase empowerment or  release toxins that no longer serve you to gently balance the body's energy system. Each Reiki Circle produces its own special vibration, as each participent brings different challenges each time. The Reiki Circles have created epiphanies for some which have led to stories of what can only be described as miracles and led to healing for others.

The second half of the Reiki Circle involves using the collective conscious to send Reiki energy through time and space to our family's, friends, places in the world in conflict or hardship, projects, dreams, businesses or our aspirations. Some participents bring photos of loved ones going through challenges, family members that have passed, their projects, business cards, vision books/boards, head shots, and yes, I have had laptops and dogs in the center of the circle. Each person holds the hand of a student of Reiki on either side of them as we form a circle to conduct the Reiki vibration while we all AUM in unison.

As the energy builds in the room forming different patterns from heat to circulatory energy formations. Each circle produces a different energy with who attends and the stories of inspiration, healing, transformation, courage, promotions, opportunities appear from nowhere. As we individually attune each person we must cap the amount of participants but have began a second Reiki Circle for students of Reiki to attend rather than public Reiki Circle.
