Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom Technique is an tremendous new discovery providing thousands with fast relief from physical to emotional health issues; as well as overcoming negative behavioral patterns and spiritual blockages. EFT often works when nothing else will on issues such as fears/phobias (i.e. flying, heights, pre-audition nerves, public speaking, fear of authenticity), anxiety, anger, depression, PTSD, ADD, back-pain, migraines, headaches, diabetes, abuse, weight loss, addiction and sports/ performance anxiety; to name only a few.

Through new studies, ancient wisdom teachings and treatments such as EFT we are embracing the mind, body and spirit wholeness for our future. Understanding that our hatred, anger, resentment, self loathing, sadness are all precursors to physical disease is the beginning of your healing; now all that is need by you is let it go.
You need to "let it go"
How many times have you heard this statement "you need to let that go". It is the chant of the many who feel they have uncovered the answer to your torment but letting go is easier said than done. The role of our subconscious is to protect our survival and ultimately store the past events as a reminders of harm. Our anger, our sadness, our resentments are our measuring cup of the pain we believe is our story; which become our identity; which becomes our dis-ease. We hold justice in our emotions towards the culprit responsible but we have been blinded by our hatred, our sadness, our anger, our injustices...we forgot our negative emotions are a virus corrupting our own body temple.
Finally the last resistance to "letting it go" is the reality of feeling nothing and if you feel nothing then it is as if the event or trauma did not happen and the culprit gets away with it "again". Is EFT a form of forgiveness? I believe EFT is a form of forgiveness for yourself but never forgetting; our traumas, our limitations and our restriction are part of our story but it is what we do with them that becomes our inspiration. EFT is that key to your inspiration of self, it is physician approved, works when nothing else does, with no drugs, no equipment, can be self administered and is long lasting.
